Refund/ Return Policy
RETURNS
We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, still intact inside sealed packaged, with tags, and in its original packaging.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like special orders, sales items or prementioned damaged items sold at a lower cost
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, PreMentioned Damaged Items or gift cards.
Exchanges
There are no exchanges allowed unless item was sent out wrong
Refunds
Due to the collectible aspect of what we sale, All sales are final and not subject for refunds.
Unfortunately we cannot price match others and refund price due to cheaper elsewhere or from Buyers Removers/Change of mind during shipping
We will however work with you if your item is damaged, not as described or completely wrong due to wrong item sent
If a Refund is in deed accepted, we will notify you once we've received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund is approved or not.
If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to
process and post the refund too.
