Shipping Policy

Shipping Options & Delivery Costs

At the moment, we only offer USPS Ground Advantage as the only shipping option

WE DO NOT SHIP OUTSIDE CONTINENTAL USA!!!!
WE DO NOT SHIP TO 3rd PARTY SHIPPING COMPANIES


Order Processing Time

All orders placed before 9 PM  Monday thru Friday are processed and mailed out the next day
All orders placed after 9 PM, will be processed and mailed out the next day after meaning it wont be mailed out until the day after its processed. (IE---ITEM PURCHASED 10PM MONDAY- Will be mailed out Wednesday)

All orders placed Saturday morning before 10 am, will be processed and mailed out same day
All orders placed after 10am and including Sunday or on a public holiday will be sent out on the following Monday or on the next non Holiday business day.


Delivery Address

Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order. We are sorry but we do not to ship to Third Party Shipping Companies due to PAST ISSUES

All packages will have a tracking number and $100 Insurance

WE DO NOT SHIP TO AN INTERNATIONAL ADDRESS OR 3rd PARTY SHIPPING CARRIERS!!!!!!!


International Orders

At the moment, we are unable to find reasonable and a cheap postage carrier to ship Internationally including Canada, Mexico and all other countries outside the USA.

Any orders placed to circumvent any of the policies mentioned which impose a transaction fee, you will be reunded your money less the transaction fees we are charged from your credit card processing company


Tracking Information

Once an order has been processed, boxed and weighed, the USPS will issue a tracking number that you may be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.


Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase - please read our return & refund policy for detailed information about our processes.

All packages come with a $100.00 Insurance.

To use the Insurance, you have to submit a claim on USPS website. They will send you a letter to inform you to take your package (AS IT WAS SENT TO YOU:: IE : ALL SHIPPING PEANUTS, BUBBLE WRAP, ETC STILL INSIDE) with product still in original place inside box covered in the materials that it was sent out with to your nearest USPS location and they will deem the accuracy of the Claim
